“The true awakening takes place within”

Spirituality

Meditation, prayer, mindfulness, intention setting and more are all examples of ways to take care of the spiritual mind. But, how many of us actually take the time to tend to our spiritual mind? I will let you answer this question on your own. No matter your answer, I am here to open your mind to the infinite ways you can further incorporate spirituality into your life. Taking care of the spiritual part of the mind is so important because it revolves around your values and can also involve religion, but doesn’t have to. Spirituality calms the mind and helps provide meaning to the moments that would otherwise pass us by and leave us with no wisdom to take forth into the coming moments. One of my favorite quotes is “All of life is peaks and valleys. Don’t let the peaks get too high and the valleys too low”. This is easier said than done, but can be done a lot easier with the help of structured and guided self-care rituals. Just remember that you are never alone in this journey called life and while there may be lonely moments, you are never completely and totally alone. New posts will be made on the first Saturdays of the month. Go forth now in peace.
