Emma Sprandel is a writer, organizer, leader, teacher, planner and more. She graduated from Dominican University with her elementary education teaching degree in 2019 and began working as a school bus driver that same year. In 2022, she took a teaching position as a third grade teacher in South Carolina and left her job as a bus driver in Chicago. She is now in her third year of teaching and describes her favorite part of her job as being "the opportunity to connect with students and build lifelong relationships that nurture learning in an environment where every student feels safe, accepted and loved".
